We provide critical information for the investment community and
technology-centered enterprise developers to reduce the uncertainties and lessen the risks involved in executive-level decision making. Our
unique services include technology assessment, analysis of commercial potential, and technology due diligence services, all carefully designed
to serve your information needs.
We bring value to our clients:
We provide services and reports for the investment community and for technology-centered enterprise developers to reduce uncertainties and
lessen risks involved in executive-level decision-making. We do technology and commercial potential assessments and due diligence using
world-class scientists, engineers, and experts. In addition to our experienced in-house staff, we have collaborative arrangements and
agreements with more than fifty world-class research, science, and engineering consultants located internationally.
We bring value to the business community through our refined procedures and project management capabilities and through our ability to call on
such recognized experts in almost any technical area. We enable stakeholders, executive and management decision makers, and others with
fiduciary responsibilities to protect their interests far beyond the protection achieved with conventional business due diligence alone.
We bring value to developers in technology-centered enterprises through our broad, expert, and objective situational analysis and reporting. In
cases where our assessments validate the claims of developers, the
developers then have objective support for their approach to investment decision makers. On the other hand, if we identify technology
weaknesses, a pro-active response provides an opportunity to make early corrections at least cost and risk. Thus, our services always provide a
winning situation for forward-thinking developers.
We translate arcane and complex information into forms that facilitate sound decision-making. We understand the business imperatives of the
real world, and we provide our services and products in a timely and
cost-effective manner.
How we work with you to meet your needs:
In order to most cost-effectively meet your information needs, we have in place a process that may be summarized as follows:
1. A non-confidential description of technology and preliminary scope-of-work are requested from you.
2. A team is assembled as required by the nature of the technology and scope of work, and resource allocations and commitments are put into
place.
3. Beta-Rubicon enters contract discussions, refining the scope of work and requesting any additional details required to understand
fully the technology issues.
4. The fee is determined and the contract negotiated and executed.
5. The contracted work begins as described in the contract with milestones and intermediate go/no-go decision points.
6. The results are reported to you with follow-up as required to ensure that all contractual obligations are fully met.
