When Beta-Rubicon was formed in early 1999 as an LLC a Board of Advisors was established for the Company. When Beta-Rubicon was converted to a C-corporation in 2001 this Board continued to serve in an advisory capacity in parallel with a Board of Directors. The Board of Advisors was formally disbanded in mid-2004. Beta-Rubicon's former Advisory Board Members have been an important part of our company's success.  We acknowledge and highlight these individuals on the page linked above.
